Most medspas use general protocols and adjust loosely for skin type. We built our approach the other way: starting with the skin that is easiest to get wrong, then holding every patient, Fitzpatrick I–VI, to that standard.
Kintsu Medical Aesthetics is a physician-led boutique medical spa in Manassas, Virginia, treating every skin tone. Our clinical focus is skin of color, Fitzpatrick types III through VI, because that is where the gap in this market is, and where we can make the most difference.
Our Medical Director, Dr. Nawal, is not a signature on a compliance form — the clinical protocols here are physician-designed for skin of color. From advanced facials and RF microneedling to injectables and physician-supervised weight management, every service at Kintsu is delivered with clinical precision and respect for how your skin actually works.
We welcome all patients. We bring specialized expertise to every skin tone we treat. And we will always tell you which treatments will work for your skin — and which ones will not — even if that means a smaller bill.
