Master Esthetician / Patient Coordinator
Part-time or full-time (25 to 40 hours) for a Virginia-licensed master esthetician or esthetician who wants hands-on treatment work plus a real say in how a new practice runs. You'll perform facials, HydraFacial, chemical peels, and device-based treatments across every skin tone, recommend products and add-ons tied to each patient's plan, and help with front desk, patient follow-up, and our social media while the practice grows. Medical spa experience preferred; an active social media presence is required. $25 to $35 an hour, employee discount, and professional development support.

A flexible PRN (as-needed) role for a Virginia-licensed massage therapist building specialty services in a clinical wellness setting. You'll deliver relaxation, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and post-surgical lymphatic drainage massage; consult with each client to customize sessions; and cross-refer with our aesthetic services. Independent contractor (1099), up to $60/hour, with flexible scheduling and professional treatment room access.
