Most medspas use general protocols and adjust loosely for skin type. We built our approach the other way: starting with skin of color, and working outward from there.
Kintsu Medical Aesthetics is a physician-owned, physician-led boutique medical spa in Manassas Park, Virginia. We specialize in evidence-based aesthetic care with a clinical focus on skin of color — Fitzpatrick types III through VI — because that is where the gap in this market is, and where we can make the most difference.
Our physician co-founder, Dr. Nawal, is not a signature on a compliance form. She is a co-owner and active Medical Director, present in the practice and directly involved in every patient's treatment plan. From advanced facials and RF microneedling to injectables and physician-supervised weight management, every service at Kintsu is delivered with clinical precision and respect for how your skin actually works.
We welcome all patients. We bring specialized expertise to every skin tone we treat. And we will always tell you which treatments will work for your skin — and which ones will not — even if that means a smaller bill.
